Tapas on the 19th floor

For food, try the croquetas or the pork rib. They don’t disappoint!
Cielo has a very decent cocktails menu, based on elements of the galaxy. The Pollux is tropical mix of coconut, pineapple and a blend of Plantation rums.
Tip: make sure you reserve a table in advance and ask for seats near the window. The view is breathtaking and it’s worth booking a front-seat!
Park in the basement of the hotel, and make sure you ask the reception for the discount since you’re a guest of Cielo. Alternatively, train and metro station Amsterdam-Zuid is right at the bar’s footsteps only a few minutes-walk away.
