Chef Tom van Aken dazzles, as he artfully combines French dishes with Asian flavours. As owner and chef of Suzie’s en Van Aken, together with partner in business and life Suzanne van Haaster, he opened the restaurant in 2017. Within two years, they managed to put themselves on the
