Fresh New Interior Sets the Scene at Tensai Ramen

A few years ago I had Tensai Ramen’s Shirunashi Tan Tan Men and that bowl of ramen hasn’t left my mind since. With its new interior, Tensai Ramen continues to strive noodle excellence with every bowl of ramen served.

I have a weak spot for dry noodles. Preferably covered with a gooey and spicy sauce and Tensai Ramen’s Shirunashi Tan Tan Men hits that spot.

The noodles, which are made from scratch btw, has that perfect bite. And wrapped around each noodle is the perfect blend of minced meat, crushed peanuts and Sichuan spices.

Tensai Ramen’s new interior feels a lot lighter than how it was before. The cute booth seats by the window gives you a front-row seat to the bustling life of the Rotterdam while slurping on a hot bowl of noodles!

The Shirunashi Tan Tan noodles alone is worth travelling to Rotterdam for (unless you live in Rotterdam you lucky devil).
